Academic Policies

Lincoln College maintains rigorous academic standards and transparent policies to foster fairness and integrity.

Attendance requirements
Students are expected to attend all lectures, tutorials, and practicals. Absence beyond 85% may result in disqualification from exams.
Grading system & GPA calculation
Grades are awarded on a 4-point scale. GPA is calculated as the weighted average of grade points earned in all courses.
Academic probation & dismissal
Students with a GPA below 1.5 are placed on probation. Continued poor performance may lead to dismissal.
Examination rules & retake policies
All exams must be taken as scheduled. Retakes are allowed only for valid reasons and require approval.

Housing & Campus Life

Hostel rules and curfews
All residents must adhere to hostel rules. Curfew is 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to first-year and international students.
